Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Free UK delivery

• Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses (England, Wales and mainland Scotland).
• For the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery to your postcode.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing.
• Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are emailed within 2 to 5 working days.
• Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days.
• Delivery times vary with your location and stock availability. If there is a delay we will contact you.

What our delivery includes

• Free delivery is to the ground floor.
• If you need the item carried above or below the ground floor, the drivers may charge an additional £20. This is a discretionary arrangement between you and the couriers and is not charged by Sofa Parlour.
• Please measure your doorways, hallways and stairwells before ordering. Many of our sofas are supplied in two or more click-together sections for easier access.
• Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is available at the agreed delivery slot the courier will contact you to rearrange. A redelivery charge may apply after a second failed attempt.

Damage on arrival

Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any damage to info@fsaenterprises.co.uk within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
