2. These terms

By browsing sofaparlour.co.uk or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we cannot deliver to your address. In those cases we refund you in full.

4. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We work hard to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

5. Products

We make every effort to show colours and dimensions accurately. Fabric shades can vary slightly between production batches and between screens, and measurements may vary within a small tolerance. Please check dimensions and access to your room before ordering.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Our products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow the care instructions supplied.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text and branding, belongs to Sofa Parlour or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

Email info@fsaenterprises.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you place it.
